The European Society for Composite Materials (ESCM) introduced its new website and logo at ECCM21. It replaces the previous website (see illustration).
The new website escm-eu.org, on which this article is published, is designed to offer a more user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality, strengthening the digital presence of ESCM. The website aims to become an online platform for the European academic and industrial community involved in composite materials by providing its visitors with comprehensive resources and news about composite materials, upcoming conferences, proceedings, and funding and professional opportunities.
Additionally, ESCM is now the owner of its domain. This is the opportunity to thank eu.org, who graciously provided the subdomain escm.eu.org for all these years. It will soon be redirected to the new website.
The new logo represents an embedded inclusion. It reflects the ESCM community's diversity and commitment to scientific excellence. It was updated to match modern communication standards and will help to better identify ESCM in the years to come.
